Who We Are.

KBGeneration (KBG) is a full service organizational development firm. With an emphasis on the ways in which DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) affect organizational culture and outcomes; KBG is committed to helping individuals, teams, and organizations design and develop cultures that shift the experience of entire generations at work.

Our Mission.

To redefine and redesign the way we experience the humanity of the world in our work; through bravery, boldness, and care.

How We Create Culture at KBG.

  • Organizational Consulting

Customizable consultation to support your organizational needs. Workshop design, focus group exploration, data analysis and reporting; we meet you and your teams where you are.

  • R3 Retainer Program

Leadership begins long before the title. There is no culture where there are no people.

R3: Reclaim, Retain, Reframe. The R3 Framework operates as a 6-month retainer model to support leaders in establishing organizational systems, structures, and rhythms that create and foster bold and brave workplace culture. Culture that calls in and cultivates innovation, inclusion, and creativity within the team.

  • SHIFT Learning Series

A three-part workshop series designed to support organizations in uncovering variances in their espoused, experienced, and desired cultural outputs. Throughout this learning journey participants can expect to account for structural challenges, define new commitments, and develop strategies to shift behavior.

  • Speaking Engagements

This work is ongoing and ever-changing. With vast experience across multiple industries and rooted in the rigor of academic research, KBG connections are both accessible and demanding.

  • I currently serve as the Vice Chair of the DEI Committee for an insurance non-profit organization and asked Kendra to be a panelist speaker for a DEI discussion during the annual conference. Kendra brought forth too many gems and thought provoking take-aways to count! She engaged the audience and provided meaningful, and actionable steps to support individuals and organizations with their strategies to further DEI in their communities and organizations. Kendra’s authenticity and passion shine through in all that she does! I look forward to working with KBG again in the future.

  • Dr. Kendra Cabler spoke at our annual conference, RebelleCon, on the topic of "Women In Leadership". She shared personal stories that were both inspiring and relatable to our audience of ambitious professional women. She leads with value and her own personal values which is a gift to me as an event curator. She was responsible for one of the mic drop moments of the day "If I have something, we all have something." This statement had a profound impact on all who attended. I would be honored to have her back again.

  • Dr. Cabler conducted a 3-hour workshop seminar for my staff retreat. I loved the energy and spirit that she shared with my team. It allowed them to be open and go into deeper reflection on their own leadership abilities. It was an amazing 3-hour experience! The VCU TRIO team thanks her for a very thoughtful, insightful, and engaging workshop. We will definitely book her again for future training.
